Great customer service! As I entered I was greeted by their Front desk associate, Idil. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. We closed our deal with Bika and we are very pleased. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from and the closing process was quick. I can’t forget about Wally!!! He hooked us up with a full tank of gas and a washed vehicle. Thank you Precise Auto!!!

Be very careful purchasing a vehicle here. Run away as fast as you can. They are dishonest with full intention. I purchased a vehicle online from them. The virtual inspection assured me they just drove the car and ran like a charm. When the vehicle was transported to my home out of state, the delivery drive took it off the truck and said "Be very careful". I drove the vehicle around the block to find out there are zero brakes. I could have killed someone if I put it on the road. It's not possible that anyone who drove this would not have realized this. It should have been disclosed. I understand a used vehicle would not be in perfect condition so I've done my best to be reasonable. I called the dealership immediately and was told they would send me new brakes which I was surprised and thankful. I now see it's because they were buying time so the 5 day return policy would not be honored. The brakes finally arrived and were installed the next day to then find out there are much more serious problems and the car still cannot be driven, and the brakes still don't work. There's no way they weren't aware of this. I now have 3 different mechanic shops saying this will be reported to Louisiana State Police because the vehicle does not pass inspection to be safe on the road. I have a vehicle that cannot be driven, and will cost me more to fix it than it's even valued at. When I've called to say I want to pay the shipping to send it back, they say there's nothing that can be done because I'm past my 5 days. The vehicle has not been driven even 1 day. I'm past the 5 days, however less than 30 days because I've been waiting on them to respond. They knew exactly what they were doing. They are very shady and cannot be trusted! And they must partner with people who approve things for them illegally. Big people taking advantage of little people!
